Morgan's Story
I didn’t come to photography through a traditional path.
I came to it the same way I approach painting - through observation, through light, and through a deep appreciation for the small, fleeting moments that often go unnoticed.
The way a child leans into their mother without thinking. The way the wind moves through a dress. The quiet rhythm of everyday life that, somehow, becomes everything later on.
That’s what I’m drawn to. And that’s what I try to preserve.
My approach is simple
- I don’t expect your family to perform. I don’t chase perfection.
- Instead, I create space for you to settle in, to interact naturally, to be present with each other.
- I’ll guide you when needed, but more often, I’m simply watching to document what unfolds when you’re fully in the moment.
- The result is imagery that feels honest, unforced, and deeply personal.

My thoughts
My life outside of photography is rooted in many of the same things I’m drawn to in my work. Time spent outdoors, the rhythm of rural life, and the everyday moments I’m now watching unfold through my own child’s eyes.
These experiences shape the way I see and photograph the world.
Not as something to perfect, but as something to remember.

- The smell of rain, basil, or citrus
- A granulating ultramarine blue watercolor
- Watching my daughter discover everything for the first time
- An endless bowl of queso + chips
- A cold craft beer on the porch
